In a large-scale interactive installation, visitors can explore the culture of relationships in our city at various different stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event kicks off on Saturday at 2 p.m. with a welcome address by District Mayor Stefanie Remlinger. The Standesamt e. V. brass band will set the mood for what is to follow. Between 2 and 9 p.m., visitors can marvel at and experience the sculptural installations. A participatory program invites visitors to get involved in the project. In the walk-in installation DOUBLE HEART, strangers can listen to the heartbeats of their counterparts. The Ringmanufaktur offers the opportunity to design wedding rings together \u2013 in preparation for a spontaneous wedding ceremony in the former BVV hall. There, new connections will be made as part of a pop-up wedding. Because love is sometimes also an administrative act \u2013 but here it is a fast-track procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed by renowned architect Fritz Bornemann, the pavilion will be framed by a monumental golden ring, the RINGdeLUXE, for two days, providing the backdrop for a photo shoot of the newlyweds. Together, they develop large-scale installations made of air and foil that challenge our perception of the environment.
