The APO Enquete invites you to an afternoon of food and conversation. The event marks both the end of the exhibition \u2018Emergent Archives\u2019 and the beginning of a community space in the Galerie Wedding. In a cosy atmosphere, people of different generations come together to talk about their own stories, solidarity and a more just Berlin for all. In her lecture performance for the solo exhibition Cemetery of the Nameless, P\u0131nar \u00d6\u011frenci deals with contemporary images of violence, loss and disenfranchisement \u2013 from Iran to Rojava to Gaza. Created between Berlin, Istanbul and Van, the exhibition questions the ethics of death and the right to mourn. With images, sounds, poems, songs and silence, \u00d6\u011frenci creates a polyphonic space of remembrance for those who gave their lives for freedom and dignity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
