Urbane Künste ERbeLEBEN – The (Non-)Olympic City
From 15 to 20 September, Urbane Künste ERbeLEBEN presents projects at nGbK developed by students together with architects and artists over the past few months. Under the title “The (Non-)Olympic City”, the projects explore from different perspectives what the Olympic Games could mean for a city like Berlin.
The exhibition offers insights into the resulting works and creative processes, highlighting the ideas, questions and perspectives that children and young people bring to the topics of sport, the city and urban life.
Get-together on 15 September
To mark the opening of the exhibition, a get-together will take place at nGbK on 15 September at 6 pm. The event invites participants to exchange ideas about art education and urban issues, as well as the city as an extended classroom.
Free guided tours and workshops are also available for school classes.
